Philadelphia, the consistent church, is the sixth of the seven churches that Jesus Christ addresses in the book of Revelation. The Lord had nothing negative to say about this church, and instead commended Philadelphia for keeping His Word and not denying His name. He promised to cause her enemies to fall at her feet. He also promised to protect this church from the end times tribulation and make her a pillar in the temple of God. How can we, today, become a church that God is pleased with?
